During this year’s Songkran Festival, the Radion International foundation held a camp for the Radion children between 11-16 April 2023. The Thailand Songkran Festival is the time when families come together to pay respect to the older members of the family. Because of that, the Radion Foundation organized a Songkran camp for children to spend a long weekend filled with happiness and togetherness for all of the Radion children.
The Songkran camp activities lasted six days and five nights. The Radion children from Phetchaboon Province traveled to Chiang Mai. All the children from STK 1, 2, and 3 received training, learned the word of God, played many games, and practiced making Thai desserts. In addition, they took a Field trip to the National Astronomical Research Institute. We are grateful to the fantastic Properous Youth Foundation (PYF) (https://pyfthailand.org) for organizing many activities for our children. We are also very thankful to all the staff, including the volunteers who participated in the Songkran camp activities, and their sacrifices to fill the children with happiness during this time.
