On October 2, Chiang Mai Province was greatly affected by flooding after several days of heavy rains after Typhoon Noru made landfall.
The Ping River overflowed its banks, flooding all 5 villages and thousands of acres of land were flooded included RADION's HOPE Center in Hangdong, Chiangmai.
RADION distributed 700+ relief kits consisting of dried rations and essentials to affected villagers in the community. Prioritising elderly and disabled families in the area.
